General Information



Bicycle Racks Located in the garages. Bicycles may not be stored on balconies, patios, or in hallways.


Cameras Cameras may be installed in various locations on the property. These areas may be recorded. If installed are for the sole purpose of protecting Millennium real property and personal property. Such cameras are not intended to protect, monitor, provide security for, or give a sense of security to you and any occupant or guest. There is no obligation to preserve or make available the contents of any recordings to you or others.


Decor Painting, wall papering, adding shelves, and/or changing the physical structure of the apartment is prohibited. Resident is responsible for restoring apartment to its original condition upon moving.


Extermination Resident will be responsible for any pest extermination costs that are incurred specific to residents apartment and not general extermination treatments for the building and property. Resident is responsible for notifying management in writing of any pest problems that occur and complying with pest elimination procedures.


Fire Alarm, Sprinkler System, and Smoke Detectors Have a plan established for the quickest and safest exit. There are stairwells centrally located as well as at back of the building. In instances of fire, exit and call 911.


Garages Garages are for vehicle parking and storage only. Storage of flammable items is prohibited. Mechanical work is not permitted in garages. $100.00 fee for replacement or for additional garage door fob. Storage of Resident personal items are not allowed nor is Management responsible for any such items.



Garbage Disposal Use garbage disposal to dispose of small quantities while rinsing. Avoid putting rice, pasta, bones, coffee grounds, bleach/harsh chemicals, and anything fibrous (i.e. celery, potato skins, corn husks, etc.) down disposal. This will assist in limiting the need for maintenance. There is a reset button located underneath the disposal that can be pushed to reset garbage disposal in case of stoppage.


Fob / Key Replacement $100.00 fee per apartment, building Fob. $25 mailbox key replacement.


Landings/Stairs Keep these areas accessible and clear. No loitering in these areas.


Locks  Locks are not changed or replaced. Lock coding can be changed. Any lock re-coding must be approved by management. A fee of $100.00 applies.

Maintenance must be contacted for after office hours lockout for a fee of $75.00. When an apartment door lock battery approaches end of battery life, the lock will give a digital warning.

Contact maintenance immediately to change lock battery. If ignored, you will be locked out of your apartment when the battery dies.


Mail Delivery - the USPS requires the following conditions to be in place during mail delivery to maintain mail delivery service to Millennium.

Signage will be displayed when mail delivery is in process

No animals allowed in mail area / lobby when mail delivery is in process

Residents with animals are to use back entrance during mail delivery

Residents should keep their animal on leash and under control at all times


Maintenance During office hours, report any maintenance requests for your apartment or common areas to the office through Millenniumedina.com. Or call the Millennium office at (952) 522-6979

A Work Order request for your apartment is an authorization for maintenance to enter your apartment to make the requested repair.

Maintenance Emergency is defined as follows:

  1. Electrical or gas failure of any nature
  2. Broken or non-working exterior doors, locks, windows
  3. Malfunctioning access underground garage doors that are locked and will not open
  4. No heat (when outside temperature is below 60 degrees)
  5. No air conditioning (when outside temperature is above 85 degrees)
  6. No water
  7. Overflowing toilet (shut off waterline valve behind toilet)
  8. Flooding
  9. Fire (call 911 immediately)
  10. After business hours, emergency service requests can be reported by calling the office. The on-duty service technician will be notified and will respond as quickly as possible.


Notice of Intent to Vacate If you are planning to move, a 60 days notice is required whether you are at your lease end, in the middle of your lease or whether your lease has expired.

In order to move out prior to your lease ending, you must complete at least 6 months of your lease term, pay a buy out fee as well as give a 60 day notice to vacate.

Refer to your lease for additional terms or contact the office for assistance.


Occupancy Below is the occupancy limit per apartment

2 Bedroom Apartment 4 Persons
3 Bedroom Apartment 6 Persons


Odors If you create odors, you are required to provide proper ventilation so you do not disturb or cause inconvenience to others.


Packages and Deliveries Management is not responsible for missing packages. There is a Luxer package delivery storage area provided to facilitate delivery of packages between you and the carrier. Sign up for package delivery via Rent Cafe website.


Parking Lot Parking spaces are available to residents who have registered their vehicle, have current tabs and vehicle is in working order. No trailers, campers, boats, storage pods, 18-wheelers, oversized vehicles, allowed. Avoid spaces marked reserved, fire lane, future resident parking, etc. Vehicle must be moved every 72 hours. Management reserves the right to tow at vehicle owners expense.

Patios and Balconies Must look respectable. Exterior furniture and plants are acceptable. Using the space as storage or drying rack is prohibited. BBQ Grills or any heating appliance are prohibited. Outdoor lighting is allowed from Thanksgiving to January 10th.

Items prohibited; combustible materials, firewood, unsightly or heavy items, motorcycles, bikes, flags, charcoal & gas grills, propane tanks, auto tires, parts, equipment, furniture designed for indoors, laundry, signs. The patio and balcony is for the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the resident and must be kept clean and attractive to the public. Management retains the sole authority to request changes.



Pets If you wish to acquire a pet, please contact the office for additional details and forms needed for approval. Pet restrictions apply.


Quiet Hours Follow the city ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.


Rent Cafe All residents are required to register. With Rent Cafe, you can view account details, balance information, view property announcements, pay rent, update vehicle and contact information, enter maintenance requests, and view and renew leases. Enter Rent Cafe through the Millenniumedina.com website or the mobile app Rent Cafe Resident.


Rent Payment Rent Payment is due no later than the first of every month. 8% late fee is charged out on the 3rd of each month on any balance due. Make rent payments online at Millenniumedina.com


Renters Insurance Management strongly recommends residents purchase renters insurance. Resident is solely responsible for all personal items.


Rugs and Mats Must remain within your apartment home. It is a city fire code violation to have rugs in a common area hallway.


Severe Weather Follow local severe weather recommendations.


Signage Flags Posters Signage, Flags, Posters are not allowed in apartment windows, on patios or balconies.


Smoke Free Policy Millennium Edina is a Smoke free property. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property that includes inside all apartments and building common areas, including the fitness center, pools, Clubhouse, balconies and patios.


Snow Removal A snow removal company plows when there is a snowfall of two or more inches. Then, returns the next business day, after the snow stops, to clear the parking lot. All vehicles must be removed to make this possible. Management reserves the right to tow at vehicle owners expense. Be on the lookout for notices during snow season alerting residents to snow removal scheduling. Shoveling sidewalks will start at 7:00 a.m. or when snow ends as needed. Please use caution during snow events and icy conditions.


Soliciting Prohibited.


Storage Lockers All personal items are to remain within storage lockers. Any items placed into storage areas should be non-flammable and non-hazardous.


Trash Removal An adult should dispose of all bagged garbage properly in the Trash room trash chutes. Bagged trash is disposed of in trash chutes Any garbage disposed of improperly will be billed to the resident at a charge of $50.00 per bag/item.



Recycling We support green efforts in recycling. Recycling must be disposed of at the Recycling trash chute. Recycling CAN NOT be bagged. Receptacles are provided for materials such as paper, magazines, boxboard, cardboard. ALL boxes must be completely broken down. Review posted signage at recycling locations for further details. Any recycling disposed of improperly will be billed to the resident at a charge of $50.00 per bag/item.


Vehicle Identification Residents are required to register vehicles through Rent Cafe or the leasing office providing vehicle and contact information. It is residents responsibility to update vehicle and contact information should changes occur.

Vehicle Towing I understand that parking and storage of trailers, campers, boats and other recreational vehicles, (snowmobiles, jet skis, etc), large commercial vehicles or semi-trailers is not permitted. I also understand there is a 72-hour parking allowance for all authorized vehicles parked in general open parking spaces. Vehicles are not to be parked in the same space for over a 72-hour consecutive time frame. This includes vehicles that are not operational, need repair or have any fluids leaking onto the parking lot. Any violation of this policy can result in the vehicle being towed. All towing and impound fees will be at the vehicle owner's expense.

Management reserves the right, with a 24-Hour notice, to remove any vehicle from the parking lot which it feels is inoperable or unsightly (flat tires, broken windows, etc). All towing and impound fees will be at the vehicle owner's expense. Attaching a notice to the vehicle will constitute proper notice to the vehicle owner. Attaching a notice to the vehicle constitutes proper notice to vehicle owner.

Management does not allow any mechanical or body repairs of vehicles to be done on the property. Management will tow immediately with no notice any vehicle that is blocking traffic or resident access, parked in a no parking zone, or blocking fire hydrant or emergency equipment.

Management reserves the right to tow any non-registered vehicle parked in the garage immediately without notice.


Visitors Visitors are welcomed at any time. All visitors are the responsibility of the resident. Any visitor staying longer than 30 days is required to be added to the lease after application is approved.




Amenities

  • Refer to and follow any posted rules or use agreements
  • Use all amenities responsibly
  • Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • Residents are responsible for their guests
  • Some areas of the property have camera surveillance

Lobby Lounge areas are not for social gatherings. Resident individuals may use the area for a waiting area or for individual relaxation. Management reserves the right to monitor this use.


Amenities available to reserve:

  • The Great Room:  $150.00 reservation for the Great room reserves the Great Room and The Movie Theatre. Any gatherings must be contained to the room with the doors closed. Guests are the responsibility of the resident.


If the Great room is not reserved, the adjoining amenity rooms may be reserved at no charge. A $150.00 Great room reservation will supersede any prior adjoining room reservation.

Business Conference Room Available for use by any adult resident at no charge. Please contact the office to make a reservation. Individual work / study areas are also available.


Coffee Bar Available to all residents at no charge.


Concierge Laundry and Drycleaning Service Contact the office for more information.



Fitness Center Available for use by any adult resident who assumes all responsibility. For accommodation, please contact management. Please return equipment to proper state. Facility wipes are provided. Please wipe down equipment after use. Any equipment that needs attention should be reported to the office. Refer to and follow any posted rules.

Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day.

Outdoor Grills Available for adult residents use. Make sure it is turned off and cleaned after each use. Contact the office to reserve a private event.


Package Kiosk - Luxer Located in the Clubhouse Level. All residents wishing to receive packages are required to register in Rent Cafe. Management will not accept and assumes no responsibility for packages.


Pet Area Please ensure your pet is leased in all areas on the property with the exception of the Dog Park Fenced area. Please pick up after your pet. Thank you.


Pet Wash Area Located on the Garage Level. The pet wash station provides bathing facilities for your pet. Please clean up after use.


Pool and Spa Area This area is for residents only and up to two guests. Adult residents must be present with guests. Anyone under the age of 18 is to be accompanied by an adult. For accommodation, please contact management. No pets allowed in pool.  No lifeguard on duty.  . Appropriate swimwear required. No nudity allowed.Refer to and follow any posted rules
